My daughter referred me to Dan she spoke so highly of him. I had lost my husband and started talking to Dan maybe a year after he passed. He was the most understanding, and compassionate and never pushed me out of my comfort zone. Then I kept hesitating to sell because for multiple reasons, the timing of the market, and the emotional attachment he gave me that little nudge and sold my house in record time. He always kept in touch but was never pushy. I would recommend him in a heartbeat, there are thousands of realtors but to get someone who cares about what is best for you is rare.
